An established residential developer is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, working across a range of new-build housing developments.

The role:
- Managing costs, budgets and financial reporting across housing developments.
- Procuring subcontractor packages and negotiating rates.
- Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Working closely with site teams to ensure commercial targets are met.
About you:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within housebuilding or residential construction.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.
- Confident managing subcontractors and working with site teams.
