- A starting base salary aligned to your experience of up to £35,000

Key responsibilities for a Senior Recruitment Consultant include:
- Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies
- Developing a good understanding of client companies and their business to build better relationships
- Attracting candidates using social media, referrals, networking and job boards
- Screening and interviewing candidates via telephone
- Taking a consultative approach to clients and candidates, giving advice on salary levels, market knowledge and career opportunities
