Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Preparing valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
• Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.
• Monitoring project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
• Producing accurate cost reports and forecasts.
• Working closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Supporting contract administration and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
• Experience managing project costs from inception through to completion.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification desirable.
