Freelance Working Site Manager Required

Contract: Freelance
Duration: 3 Months
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: £300 per day - CIS
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Working Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard of quality and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial refurbishment, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate trades effectively on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the refurbishment project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and material deliveries.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality control and site housekeeping.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Working Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification, CSCS & First Aid
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple trades effectively.
- Relevant refurbishment project experience and a proactive, hands-on approach.
