As a Recruitment Consultant at Navartis, you'll operate within an agency recruitment environment and manage the full recruitment process. Your role will include: Building and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients
Generating new business through telephone-based business development, networking and relationship building
Developing your specialist recruitment market and identifying new commercial opportunities
Taking detailed job requirements and advising clients on the recruitment market
Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking and our existing database
Screening and interviewing candidates to understand their experience, motivations and career goals
Presenting suitable candidates to clients and managing the interview process
Negotiating salaries, rates, offers and recruitment terms
Managing candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
Building long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Working towards individual recruitment, sales and revenue targets
This is a telephone-intensive, commercial recruitment roleso you'll need to be comfortable speaking with candidates and clients every day and proactively developing your market.
What we're looking for
We're particularly interested in speaking with people who already have experience working within recruitment. You don't need to come from Rail, Civil Engineering or Power recruitment
if you're a good recruiter, we can teach you the market. You'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, 360 Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter or Agency Recruiter
Experience working within an agency recruitment or recruitment sales environment
Confidence speaking with candidates and clients over the telephone
Experience working towards recruitment, sales, activity or revenue targets
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A commercial mindset and an interest in developing business
Resilience and the ability to keep performing when recruitment gets challenging
Ambition to develop your recruitment career and earnings
A strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of your desk

Training and development for experienced recruiters
Joining as an experienced Recruitment Consultant doesn't mean we expect you to simply get on with it.
