Navartis is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Doncaster.

You'll join an established recruitment consultancy operating across specialist markets including Rail, Civil Engineering, Power & Energy, Construction and Telecoms, working with clients and candidates across the UK and international markets.
You'll have the opportunity to run and develop your own recruitment desk, build long-term client relationships, grow your candidate network and earn uncapped commission from the success you create.

What you'll be doing
As a Recruitment Consultant at Navartis, you'll operate within an agency recruitment environment and manage the full recruitment process.
Your role will include: Building and developing relationships with existing and prospective clientsGenerating new business through telephone-based business development, networking and relationship buildingDeveloping your specialist recruitment market and identifying new commercial opportunitiesTaking detailed job requirements and advising clients on the recruitment marketSourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking and our existing databaseScreening and interviewing candidates to understand their experience, motivations and career goalsPresenting suitable candidates to clients and managing the interview processNegotiating salaries, rates, offers and recruitment termsManaging candidates and clients throughout the recruitment processBuilding long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referralsWorking towards individual recruitment, sales and revenue targetsThis is a telephone-intensive, commercial recruitment roleso you'll need to be comfortable speaking with candidates and clients every day and proactively developing your market.
What we're looking for
We're particularly interested in speaking with people who already have experience working within recruitment.
You don't need to come from Rail, Civil Engineering or Power recruitment if you're a good recruiter, we can teach you the market.
You'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, 360 Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter or Agency RecruiterExperience working within an agency recruitment or recruitment sales environmentConfidence speaking with candidates and clients over the telephoneExperience working towards recruitment, sales, activity or revenue targetsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsA commercial mindset and an interest in developing businessResilience and the ability to keep performing when recruitment gets challengingAmbition to develop your recruitment career and earningsA strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of your deskMost importantly, we're looking for recruiters who want to keep getting better.
Training and development for experienced recruiters Joining as an experienced Recruitment Consultant doesn't mean we expect you to simply get on with it. Navartis has a dedicated Learning & Development function because we believe development should continue throughout your recruitment career, not stop once you've learnt the basics.
You'll receive ongoing support from experienced recruitment managers alongside coaching and development from our L&D team.
