Role Overview

The Head of UK Entity Management will lead and develop a well-established UK entity management function, overseeing the delivery of outsourced company secretarial and statutory compliance services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. This is a senior leadership role combining technical governance expertise, operational oversight and client engagement. The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class service delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance standards, developing team capability and supporting the continued growth of the UK platform. The role requires a credible governance professional who can operate confidently with Company Secretaries, General Counsel and board-level stakeholders, while driving operational excellence internally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the UK Entity Management function, ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery
  • Oversee statutory compliance, Companies House filings, corporate restructures and governance frameworks for complex UK entity portfolios
  • Act as senior point of contact for key clients, maintaining trusted relationships with CoSecs, GCs and governance leads
  • Develop, mentor and grow a team of company secretarial professionals
  • Drive operational efficiencies, process improvement and risk management across the function
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and evolving governance standards
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to support client retention and new business initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth of the UK governance platform

Requirements

  • Significant experience within UK company secretarial, governance or entity management environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate law, statutory compliance and governance best practice
