Role Overview
This is a newly created position within the Capital Markets division, reporting directly to the Group CFO. As Capital Markets Manager, you will play a key role in raising and managing capital to support the company’s lending activities. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders, contributing to strategic decisions and ensuring the smooth execution of funding transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CFO and leadership team in raising and refinancing funding facilities
- Manage and monitor existing funding lines, ensuring compliance with covenants and concentration limits
- Oversee transactions from inception through to completion
- Prepare financial models and presentations for funding discussions
- Own data and analytics tasks critical to funding execution
- Assist in reviewing legal documentation with external counsel and third parties
