Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing London team, working closely with an established Jersey-based corporate services function. You will support the administration of a portfolio of international corporate clients, gaining exposure to a wide range of structures including private equity, capital markets, and securitisation vehicles. The role offers a clear pathway for progression within corporate services, alongside strong training support and the opportunity to build a long-term career in governance and entity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of a portfolio of corporate entities, ensuring high standards of governance and compliance.
- Liaise with clients, directors, and third-party advisers, providing timely and professional support.
- Assist with company secretarial duties, including drafting board minutes, resolutions, and board packs.
- Prepare and maintain client due diligence (CDD) documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform periodic reviews, reporting, and administrative tasks in line with client and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and internal databases.
- Support transactions across asset classes including capital markets, structured finance, and real estate.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience within corporate services, company secretarial, or a similar administrative role.
- Basic understanding of company administration, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Proactive, “get up and go” attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Interest in studying towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CGI / ICSA).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
