We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Accounting Manager to join our client's dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and delivering exceptional financial reporting services. Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, UK GAAP).
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate audits and compliance processes.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and controls to enhance service delivery.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and service excellence.
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with a strong background in corporate accounting.
