This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in finance administration, billing, accounts receivable, or project finance who enjoys working with numbers and takes pride in delivering accurate financial information.
Working closely with the Finance Manager and Project Leads, you'll take ownership of the invoicing process, support credit control activities, maintain project financial data, and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the monthly invoicing process across a range of projects.
- Prepare, issue, and track client invoices through email and customer portals.
- Manage billing schedules, invoice logs, and project fee information.
- Liaise with Project Leads to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Produce timesheet-based invoices following month-end close.
- Process credit notes and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor aged debt and follow up outstanding payments.
- Maintain project information, revenue forecasts, and financial reports within internal systems.
- Produce KPI and management reports relating to project performance and utilisation.
- Process supplier invoices and support month-end finance activities.
