Navantia is recruiting a Chargehand – Plater for our Methil site.
You will lead a small team of 8–10 tradespeople, supervise daily work, ensure safety and quality, and support the Line Supervisor in meeting operational goals.
You should have hands-on trades experience, a valid UK driving licence, and proficiency in Outlook and Excel, with strong communication and organisational skills to manage workloads and drive improvements in a busy manufacturing environment.
