About the Role

As a Welding Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day welding operations, ensuring all work meets required quality standards, safety regulations and project schedules. You will support and guide a team of welders, helping them develop their skills while maintaining efficient and safe work practices.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate welding tasks across ship repair and fabrication projects.
  • Ensure all welding activities comply with procedures, specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.
