Regular collaboration with international tax teams across Customs, International, and Spanish Taxation will help ensure a consistent and aligned approach across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tax Planning & Advisory: Develop and implement tax‐efficient structures and strategies for UK & NI operations covering direct and indirect taxes.
  • Compliance: Manage and review local and international tax filings to ensure full compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks while advising leadership on strategic tax management practices.
  • Transfer Pricing: Maintain and document UK transfer pricing policies, benchmarking studies, and compliance documentation.
  • Tax Audits & Disputes: Represent the company in communications and negotiations with tax authorities.
  • Customs Management: Oversee customs‐related processes, ensuring data accuracy, smooth coordination between departments, and identification of process improvements.
  • Research & Analysis: Monitor UK & NI tax developments and assess their potential impact on business operations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal, business units, and external advisors to ensure integrated tax support.
  • Continuous Development: Stay current with UK & NI and international tax trends, sharing insights and fostering best practices across the team.

About You

  • Experience in UK & NI tax and/or international tax advisory, with strong expertise in tax planning, compliance, and indirect taxes.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of transfer pricing rules, cross‐border tax regulations, and customs processes.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills. Confident working independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
