Navantia UK is looking for an organised and people-focused HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team at our Methil site in Fife. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of HR operations within a growing and dynamic organisation. We’re open to part-time and flexible working arrangements, making this an ideal role for candidates seeking balance alongside a varied and rewarding HR position.
As HR Administrator, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, accurately, and in line with company policies.
Key responsibilities:- Maintaining and updating employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing HR documentation, including contracts and changes to terms & conditions
- Tracking attendance and supporting absence review processes
- Providing accurate employee data to support payroll
- Responding to employee HR-related queries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records
- Supporting compliance with company policies and HR procedures
You’ll be a well-organised administrator who enjoys working with people and handling sensitive information with discretion.
About You:- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (advantageous)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Professional, approachable, and trustworthy
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A positive, collaborative team player
