The PMO Analyst provides structured project coordination, reporting and analytical support to all areas of the Integration & Transformation Office (ITO): Systems & Tools, Change Management and Integration. This role ensures consistency in project delivery, clear visibility of progress, and cross-functional alignment across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities- Project Governance & Tracking: Support the planning, tracking, and control of ITO cross-functional projects. Build dashboards and reports to provide insights on project performance. Maintain project documentation, schedules, risks, dependencies, actions, and dashboards. Monitor progress against KPIs, milestones, and benefits realisation. Prepare high-quality updates, reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all reporting outputs.
- Support to IT/Systems & Tools: Coordinate activities related to system deployments, tool enhancements and user readiness. Support the tracking of issues, requirements, and technology-related deliverables. Assist with rollout planning and post-go-live monitoring.
- Support to Change Management: Assist in preparing communication materials, change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness insights. Consolidate feedback and data needed for change adoption tracking. Provide analytical support for engagement and organisational readiness activities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central coordination point for all ITO workstreams. Organise meetings, prepare materials, ensure action tracking, and follow up on outstanding items. Facilitate alignment between IT, Change and other business stakeholders who collaborate on the integration and transformation.
- Experience in PMO, project coordination, data analysis, or project reporting roles.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability; advanced Excel and Power BI desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive working style.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
