We’re looking for a high‑calibre FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Bristol. This is a key business partnering role, driving financial planning, performance insight, and strategic decision‑making across a complex, project‑driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial planning
  • Building financial models, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis
  • Delivering clear, insightful reporting on P&L, cash flow, and KPIs
  • Driving variance analysis and identifying key performance drivers
  • Partnering with operational and commercial teams to influence decisions
  • Translating complex data into actionable business insight
  • Monitoring performance, costs, margins, and profitability
  • Supporting financial close with high‑quality analysis
  • Improving financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
  • High‑impact role influencing strategy and performance
  • Work in a multinational, project‑led environment

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
  • 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, Controlling, Reporting, or Audit
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • SAP experience preferred, plus exposure to BI tools (Power BI, EPM, BW)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
