Job Description
- Administration Support
- Assist in daily operations activities, job sheets and reports to smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment and workforce deployment.
- Help with Quality and Health and Safety documentation, filing, and database updates.
- Champion and input data into the ERP System.
- Co-ordination.
- Serve as a liaison between departments. Share knowledge and retrieving required information.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes and assist in following up tasks.
- Resource Tracking.
- Inputting data into tracers and planners.
- Assist with monitoring of inventory materials etc.
- Production Monitoring.
- Produce required KPI’s periodically.
- Support with monitoring progress and produce KPI’s.
- Assist with Audits and oversee production data to ensure quality and compliance.
- Help co-ordinate shift schedules and staff movements.
- Health & Safety.
- Assist in Health & Safety protocols, assisting/overseeing document control.
- Assist with Risk assessments.
- Problem Solving.
- Assist in resolving on the ground production issues quickly.
- Support contingency planning for disruptions (eg. Missing materials, absences).
- Documentation and Reporting.
- Help and oversee the collection of data for cost tracking, quality logs, and project updates.
