We’re looking for experienced Riggers to support complex lifting and heavy equipment operations on major industrial projects. If you thrive in a safety-first, precision-driven environment, this is your opportunity to step into a critical role with real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Attaching and securing loads using cables, chains, clamps, and shackles
  • Inspecting, preparing, and safely manoeuvring heavy equipment
  • Setting, aligning, and levelling machinery
  • Selecting and preparing rigging gear including beams, pulleys, and bolts
  • Conducting pre- and post-rigging inspections
  • Monitoring and maintaining rigging equipment
  • Working closely with site teams to ensure safe, efficient operations
  • Upholding strict safety standards at all times
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we’re looking for:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Moving Engineering Loads (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of LOLER 98 regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of rigging equipment and techniques
  • Ability to work confidently at height
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong team ethic and communication skills
