  • Develop deep, site‑specific knowledge of engineering workflows, configurations, integrations, and dependencies across PLM, CAD, SAP, and related systems, ensuring minimal disruption to design, engineering change, and production processes.
  • Diagnose application issues and escalate effectively to central application SMEs, tracking progress through to closure.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering, manufacturing, and operational stakeholders to understand application usage and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Applications teams to ensure consistent standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Site IT Business Partner to align application support priorities.
  • Participate in site and cross‑functional projects focused on digital transformation and process optimisation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for application support procedures and known issues.
  • Provide on‑site support with occasional travel to other sites as required.
