We’re looking for a detail‑driven Administrator to support our production function with accurate timesheet administration, labour reporting and data analysis on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is all about precision, pace and problem‑solving. You’ll ensure production hours and labour costs are recorded correctly, deadlines are met, and decision‑makers have reliable data to plan, review and improve performance. If you’re confident with Excel, comfortable challenging discrepancies, and enjoy working with data that directly impacts operational success, this role could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collecting, checking and processing production timesheets
  • Allocating labour hours to the correct jobs and cost centres
  • Preparing accurate timesheet data for payroll and management reporting
  • Managing Excel spreadsheets covering hours, overtime, absence and productivity
  • Producing labour cost, utilisation and efficiency reports
  • Supporting production teams with data for planning and performance reviews
  • Acting as the first point of contact for timesheet queries
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential records in line with compliance requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience processing timesheets or labour data
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Clear communication skills and confidence chasing missing or incorrect data
