Paid Internship Opportunity – Project Management (Change Management Tracker & Handbook Development)

This placement provides meaningful exposure to day‑to‑day business operations while supporting the development of practical tools that will be used across the organisation. The intern will help create a change management tracker and a supporting change handbook, contributing to a live improvement project that enhances how teams plan, record and deliver change.
About the Role
Working within the Project Management team, the intern will support change management activity by reviewing current processes, organising information, and helping to build a streamlined, consistent approach to managing change. This role is ideal for students who are organised, proactive, and confident using IT tools such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing internal systems and map the current end‑to‑end change process.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop a change management tracker that captures stakeholders, deadlines, status updates, next action owners and automated overdue alerts.
- Produce a weekly reporting format for the tracker.
- Draft a clear, practical change handbook outlining the full lifecycle of the change process.
- Create internal guidance and governance materials.
- Deliver a short training session demonstrating how to use the tracker and handbook.
By the end of the placement, the intern will have:
