Job Description

• Assist in daily operations activities, job sheets and reports to smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment and workforce deployment.
• Help with Quality and Health and Safety documentation, filing, and database updates.
• Champion and input data into the ERP System.
• Serve as a liaison between departments; share knowledge and retrieve required information.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes and assist in following up tasks.
• Input data into tracers and planners; assist with monitoring inventory materials.
• Produce required KPI’s periodically and support monitoring progress.
• Assist with audits and oversee production data to ensure quality and compliance.
• Help coordinate shift schedules and staff movements.
• Assist in Health & Safety protocols, oversee document control, and assist with risk assessments.
• Assist in resolving on the ground production issues quickly and support contingency planning for disruptions (e.g., missing materials, absences).
• Help and oversee collection of data for cost tracking, quality logs, and project updates; report findings for end‑of‑day, week, stage, and project.
