Our mission in IT Support is to make sure technology works smoothly for the business. We focus on understanding what our colleagues and customers need, and we work closely with the Technology and Security teams to turn those needs into practical, reliable, and efficient solutions.
Goals- Provide first‑line support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues, escalating complex problems.
- Efficient implementation of T&S policies and processes in the Business/Area.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT‑related queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain standard applications and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems within agreed SLAs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support teams as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with user account management (password resets, access permissions).
- Support onboarding of new employees (device setup, account provisioning).
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
- Relevant and recent IT support experience in a busy office environment.
- Demonstrable track record of providing support of PCs, laptops, printers, etc.
- Demonstrable experience of providing support for MS Windows 10 and 11.
