The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Responsible for production support within our steel, pipe, materials and outfitting phases. The purpose of this role is to allow production teams to complete their required tasks and requirements by providing all information, materials, quality processes and reporting structures required to achieve our objectives & milestones.

The Role:

  • Liaising with peers from other disciplines and sites across the Group.
  • Progressing of Work Orders and supporting documentation.
  • Consumption of materials within SAP System.
  • Support production with Drawing requirements, Work Order management, Material Management & schedule adherence.
  • Review production processes and implement improvements through Project initiatives.
  • Management of inspection requirements including Request to Attend & documentation.
  • Development and input of Hours & Progress into SAP Systems including timesheet requirements.
  • Development & submission of production Q3’s. This will include providing technical information such as solutions, timeframes and estimated hours.
  • Support & maintain production-based monitoring and reporting such as tonnes per week and status reports.
  • Support Risk Management for each phase of the programme.
  • Support day to day administration roles for Production Managers and Supervisors.
  • Support goods in processes and SAP structure creation requirements.
  • Support Material inspections alongside Management teams and Quality Teams.

Qualifications:

  • Third level qualification in a relevant subject.
  • Experience support in a production environment previously.
  • Ability to use an ERP system (e.g. SAP).
  • Sound administration skills.
