We're looking for a proactive Material Controller to take ownership of inventory accuracy and material availability, ensuring our production and operational teams have exactly what they need, when they need it. What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and control the flow of incoming and outgoing materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and inventory management systems
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Work closely with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Implement and improve inventory control processes to minimise waste and prevent stock shortages
  • Monitor material consumption and provide reports and insights to support decision‑making
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
  • Support forecasting activities and inventory optimisation initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation for material receipts, transfers, and stock issues

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within Material Control, Inventory Management, Stores, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams
