Manager, Executive Engagement and Community Programs

Location: London, UK

Department: Marketing

Navan is at the forefront of redefining business travel and expense management. Our innovative platform streamlines processes, maximizes productivity, and empowers organizations to drive smarter spending decisions. As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for dynamic leaders who can amplify our voice in the market and fuel high-impact demand generation initiatives.

We are seeking a strategic, high-energy Manager, Executive Engagement & Community Programs to build, scale, and nurture Navan’s executive community programs, high-impact events, and communications across priority audiences, including Chief Finance Officers, Chief Procurement Officers, and Travel Managers. You will manage marketing programs, events, communications, and industry partnerships that support Navan's broader go-to-market priorities.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of white-glove executive programs, roundtables, advisory boards and high-touch VIP experiences. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to build peer-to-peer networks and industry engagement that build credibility, drive brand advocacy, accelerate pipeline, support relationship-led selling, and generate qualified opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and launch scalable engagement programs tailored to C-suite and VP-level decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Plan and execute bespoke, high-value events - from intimate executive dinners and regional roundtables to user conference VIP tracks.
  • Build and maintain key feedback loops between our top-tier customers and Navan’s executive leadership and product teams.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to leverage community touchpoints for pipeline acceleration, referenceability, and account retention.
  • Establish clear KPIs (NPS, pipeline influenced, executive engagement rate) and track ROI across all executive programs.
  • Build and manage relationships with relevant travel, procurement, and business travel associations, identifying opportunities for Navan to participate, sponsor, speak, and contribute.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks and operating processes for program planning, audience development, event execution, communications, follow-up, advocacy, and references.
  • Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, and event partners while identifying opportunities for experimentation and high-impact growth initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years in event marketing, community marketing, field marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS, travel, or technology - specifically targeting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and cross-functional communication skills with the confidence to interface directly with senior leaders and industry associations internally and externally.
  • Ability to map high-level program strategy directly to measurable engagement, pipeline, and revenue outcomes while staying hyper-focused on program management and event logistics.
  • Commercially minded with a proven track record of evaluating program effectiveness using Salesforce, Marketo, or custom dashboard tools to guide investment decisions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias toward action and execution.
