Navan is looking for a Sales Recruiter to come in and help recruit and scale our Sales Development teams across EMEA. You will play a key role in partnering across the business on the best hiring, interviewing, and closing strategies. You will set high recruiting standards with a focus on candidate experience at all stages of the recruiting cycle.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring "A players" and ideally comes from a strong outbound sales development organization or has been hired successfully from outbound sales development organizations, understands the sales ecosystem, has a strong sense of urgency; is process-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to take on the challenge of helping us rapidly grow our company. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot when needed. Our team partners very closely with the business, you need to understand what drives them to be successful in this role - you are an extension of the sales team.
What You'll Do:
- Manage full cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, and evaluate top candidates.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing "A players".
- Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company.
- Act as an advocate for both clients and candidates; establish regular touch points and maintain thorough follow through.
- Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates.
- Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2+ years of sales recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ideally come from a MEDDPICC (highly preferred), Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN based sales organizations.
- Ideally experience scaling SDR teams.
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a strong sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders.
- Strong focus on client and candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
