Navan is at the forefront of redefining business travel and expense management. Our innovative platform streamlines processes, maximizes productivity, and empowers organizations to drive smarter spending decisions. As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for dynamic leaders who can amplify our voice in the market and fuel high-impact demand generation initiatives.

As the Director of EMEA Field Marketing, you will be a strategic leader driving regional marketing and demand generation initiatives across one of our most strategic geographies. Based in London, you will lead a high-performing field marketing team and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Global Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and expand Navan’s presence in key regional markets. You will shape our regional go-to-market strategy, define high-impact campaigns, and own the execution of programs that directly influence revenue performance — while elevating Navan’s brand with enterprise-level buyers and partners across EMEA.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the regional field marketing strategy for EMEA, driving pipeline generation and acceleration across multiple markets and segments.
  • Plan, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of programs – including trade shows, hosted events, virtual activations, and account-based initiatives – designed to influence key accounts and regional growth targets.
  • Build and lead a world-class field marketing team across EMEA, developing rigorous operational standards, playbooks, and scalable frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Partner teams to ensure marketing initiatives map to regional revenue priorities and contribute directly to pipeline.
  • Localize global marketing strategies for regional markets, ensuring programs resonate with varied buyer personas, languages, and cultural norms.
  • Partner with Global GTM leadership to develop integrated campaigns, content, messaging, and industry-specific programs aligned to regional growth objectives.
  • Establish and optimize processes across campaign planning, lead flow, conversion tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement.
  • Utilize data and marketing analytics to monitor performance and guide investment decisions, continually iterating programs to maximize impact.
  • Manage regional budgets, agency and vendor relationships, and production of field assets and campaigns.
  • Champion innovative regional tactics, partner marketing, and experiential programming that differentiate Navan in the market.
  • Determine and contribute to our experimentation and “big swings” in the EMEA market.

Who You Are

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or another relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • You bring 9+ years of relevant experience in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, travel or technology sectors.
  • You have a proven track record of designing and executing demand generation campaigns that have consistently driven measurable growth and pipeline development.
  • You excel in a fast-paced environment, combining strategic thinking with exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.
