You will serve as a General Engineer of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the execution of tasks associated with the evaluation of technical proposals submitted by defense contractors.
  • You will provide expert technical guidance, direction and/or strategies for execution of high-visibility, high complexity issues.
  • You will determine compromise and trade-off decisions to meet requirements with resolution of conflicts of cost, schedules and other pertinent factors.
  • You will conduct investigations and analyses on various Directorate or Command level matters, issuing advice and recommendations to high level executives.
  • You will manage assigned projects and programs throughout their life cycle.
