The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
You will serve as a liaison between the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Contractor, and the Contracting Officer. You will review contract specifications for compatibility with the administration of performance assessment methods and procedures. You will attend and assist with pre-proposal site visits and pre-proposal conferences. You will provide assistance to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with performance assessments of assigned Facility Support Contracts. You will prepare government cost estimates for task orders and minor modifications using industry/DoD accepted standards.
Qualifications
- GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Applying Performance Assessment Methodology (such as Performance Assessment Plans and Functional Assessment Plans) for the assessment and evaluation of a contractor's work against measurable performance standards with some oversight;
- Performing a variety of administrative/operational functions to include planning, organizing, and facilitating necessary meetings with customers and contractors with oversight;
- Assisting in the review of safety standards and development of safety plans, as well as utilizing Maximo or other asset management software with oversight;
- Preparing reports and contract documents for review;
- Demonstrating proficiency in both verbal and written communication;
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for inventories, writing, reports, and briefings.

Physical Demands
The employee may be required to do some lifting, pulling, or pushing of field equipment and tools; these tools may include but are not limited to ladders, odometers, and camera equipment. Routine heavy lifting is not required; however, incumbent is required on occasion to do moderate lifting (15-40 pounds). Full use of hands and legs is required for climbing, good hearing (with an aid), and eyesight (with glasses) is required to perform a satisfactory job.
Education
- GS-09: A master's or equivalent graduate degree; or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
- GS-07: 1 full year of graduate level education; or Superior Academic Achievement. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
