Navado Talent have been retained exclusively to recruit a Senior Delivery Consultant to join an expanding Digital and Tech agency in Bristol. Joining as a Senior Delivery Consultant you will be supporting the Associate Director on the delivery of perm and contract digital and design roles across the UK but also into Europe, with average deal fees of £12k per placement.
You will be responsible for:
- sourcing and qualifying candidates to a high level
- advertising job ads on all social media platforms
- sending CVs to clients
- arranging and booking interviews
This role will suit either a 360 recruiter who does not enjoy BD and is looking to move into a Delivery role, or a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant who is looking for a step up into a more Senior role with more autonomy and greater earning potential.
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to £35,000 depending on level of experience
- One of the best commission structures in the market

Role Requirement:
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant
- Experience of recruiting into either the Design, Digital or IT market
- Successful billing history, whether 180 or 360 recruitment
