Stay on top of quotes and inquiries, ensuring no question goes unanswered
Be the bridge between customers, our sales team, insurers, suppliers, and other departments to keep communication seamless
Dive into report prep and lend a hand with general office duties to keep the gears greased
You've got to have at least 2 years under your belt dealing with vehicle hire administration
A full UK driving license is a must-have for this gig
Experience in customer contact is your jam, making people feel heard and understood
You're a whiz with vehicle rental/hire management systems, and you handle fleet admin like a pro
