Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lincoln for a skilled Flight Instructor. Responsibilities include instructing students on aviation concepts, training in flight techniques and safety procedures, and conducting pre- and post-flight evaluations. The Flight Instructor will also ensure compliance with CAA regulations, oversee student progress, and provide hands-on guidance during flight exercises. A proactive approach to fostering a safe and engaging learning environment is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Instrument Rating and Commercial Piloting
- Strong background in Aviation with expertise in Piloting
- Thorough understanding of Flight Safety protocols and procedures
- Exceptional communication and instructional skills to effectively train students
- CAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certification is required
- Ability to work effectively as a mentor and follow safety-first principles
- Experience in training diverse learners and a passion for aviation education
- Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field is a plus
