Amazing opportunity to join Naumi Hotels in this newly created role as our Group Director Marketing, based at our Corporate Head Office (Sunshine Plaza) Singapore. Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, our ideal candidate will have demonstrated capability in a similar role and have exceptional communication, creative and interpersonal skills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced growth environment, with proven skills in Marketing and experience in strategic planning supported by a great team, then this is for you.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee and direct all aspects of marketing across Naumi Hotels
- Plan and develop promotional strategies
- Create the strategy and direction for digital marketing, hotel marketing, public relations and branding
- Manage a diverse international team
The ideal candidate:
- Experience marketing a luxury or designed led brand
- Brand management and development experience
- Well versed in latest market trends and associated platforms
