Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm)

About the Role

We\’re looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our on-site team in Irlam. You\’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklifts safely and efficiently

Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time

Load, unload and move stock within the warehouse

Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records

Keep work areas clean, safe and well-organised

Follow company health & safety procedures and site rules

What We\’re Looking For

Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift Licences (RTITB or ITSSAR)

Previous warehouse/logistics experience

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
