You’ll be working within a team of Architects and Analysts to design innovative solutions using creative problem-solving and systems-thinking It’s a chance to take advantage of our development programmes and advance your career What you'll do As a Technology Analyst, you’ll be collaborating with talented colleagues across disciplines, tackle complex challenges with creativity and systems-thinking, and play a key role in delivering solutions that drive real value for our customers and stakeholders. You’ll also be: Collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, Risk, Security, and Operations to break down business needs into clear technical requirements, creating actionable tasks and prioritising solutions to deliver maximum impact Diving into platform issues to uncover root causes, propose improvements, and enhance scalability and customer experience Conducting research on competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to shape strategy and guide decision-making Developing scalable strategies for managing technology risks, governing AI, and ensuring compliance with regulatory developments Contributing to the Architecture function by developing standards, patterns, and best practices The skills you'll need You’ll need professional experience in technology, financial services, or other highly regulated industries as well as strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications, with proficiency in creating or interpreting designs and requirements using standards like BPMN or UML You’ll also need: Experience documenting workflows, system processes, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively Confidence in your ideas, a problem-solving mindset, and a flexible, innovative approach Experience in areas such as software-as-a-service, embedded finance, banking-as-a-service, cloud-native technologies, microservices, or software architecture Hands on experience with programming and tools like Git, including familiarity with UML-as-code and GitOps workflows Relevant certifications in development, testing, software analysis/design (e.g., BCS), agile (e.g., SAFe), or technology (e.g., AWS or cloud-related)
