Senior Personal Banker – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
NatWest is looking for a Senior Personal Banker to join our branch team in Edgware for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
- Proactively support customers to realise the full benefits of our digital channels and help them with more complex financial needs such as home buying and protection.
- Deliver a great variety of banking services, ensuring the service exceeds customer expectations.
- Support customers in purchasing homes, managing mortgages, private banking, business banking and protection products.
- Perform outbound care calls to grow and maintain relationships.
- Conduct Financial Health Checks and review customer accounts to ensure they are fully informed about our products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service environment under pressure with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to coach and work with branch teams to acquire, grow and retain quality customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and trust in face‑to‑face and virtual settings.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Self‑motivated, diligent and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Salary
Competitive starting salary of £28,050 pro rata for the hours you work.
Working Pattern
Flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm, including some bank holidays, to support customers whenever and wherever they need us.
