Join us as a Customer Service, Personal Banker in Crawley. Your primary focus will be guiding and supporting our valued branch customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role as the first point of contact in our branches, providing outstanding service in every interaction.
- Proactively find ways to continually enhance our customer banking experience.
- Conduct banking requests such as payments, balance enquiries, and transfers.
- Help customers understand different banking options and the services we offer.
- Identify opportunities to promote simple financial products, collaborating with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Work with high levels of accuracy to deliver seamless and positive experiences for customers.
- Support your development by achieving a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking through full training.

Working Pattern
You’ll be flexible around branch opening hours, typically working Monday-Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, and including rotational Saturdays and bank holidays.
