Join us as a Customer Service Personal Banker in Chorley. We’ll support you to achieve a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and build on your existing skills with full training. This role does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements. We're offering this role for a period of 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support branch customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Proactively find ways to continually enhance the customer banking experience.
  • Act as the first point of contact in our branches, providing outstanding service with high accuracy.
  • Have proactive conversations, understand customer needs, and help with banking needs.
  • Complete general banking requests such as payments, balance enquiries, and transfers.
  • Help customers understand the different ways they can bank with us and the range of services we can offer.
  • Identify opportunities to help customers with simple financial products and collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless experience.

Working pattern
