You'll provide oversight of supplier risk and materiality assessments, and help translate supplier, contract, incident and control information into clear actions and decisions. As well as managing risks, you'll maintain process maps, standard operating procedures and other documentation related to third-party processes.
You'll co-ordinate and guide global business and contract owners through relevant assessments and work with Supply Chain and other specialists to resolve gaps, support proportionate decisions and maintain an appropriate audit trail.
As well as this, you'll: Champion sustainability by supporting our environmental, social and governance (ESG) approachSupport contract owners to complete proportionate supplier risk and materiality assessments, challenging the quality and completeness of supporting evidenceReview supplier incidents and control or performance information to draw clear conclusions on NWM's risk exposure where a third-party supplier is the root cause or a material contributorUse supplier dashboards, risk appetite measures, assurance results and contract information to identify emerging risks, gaps and required actionsDeepen relationships with Supply Chain, Technology, Operational Resilience, Information Security, Legal, Risk and business stakeholders to support effective supplier decisions and governanceThe skills you'll needWe're looking for someone with supply chain, third-party risk management, supplier oversight or operational risk experience, together with the judgement to balance business outcomes and risk. xgikmsk
You'll have sufficient knowledge of ICT contracts to understand the risks and benefits they create, including service levels, data and security, audit and access rights, subcontracting, resilience, termination and exit provisions.
