Join us as a Director in NatWest’s Structured Finance ("SF") Team. This senior role is an opportunity to establish yourself as a trusted advisor while delivering sustainable economic value to our business. You’ll drive deal origination and lead deal execution to provide our clients with innovative debt solutions across multiple segments and asset classes utilising the full breadth of NatWest’s franchises.

What you'll do
- As a Director in Structured Finance, you’ll play a critical role in helping to support our clients’ strategic and event driven growth ambitions across a range of market segments from high growth to Mid - Large Corporates delivering Corporate, Leveraged Finance, Asset Based Lending and Infrastructure solutions.
- Operating across the lifecycle of a deal, from delivering thought leadership and pitches, to term sheets, detailed credit analysis and legal negotiation, you’ll lead our origination efforts and share your expertise to make sure transactions are completed on time and delivered to the highest standard of credit and underwriting risk management and stewardship.
- Responsible for origination, market coverage and market profile of our SF business through leveraging your senior corporate, advisor and wider ecosystem relationships, working collaboratively with other internal market facing teams.
- Delivering best-in-class structuring and execution, whilst collaborating effortlessly with teams across the bank to deliver client solutions across financing, banking, and risk management.
- Actively delivering SF’s objectives and financial budgets, with a continued focus on sustainable growth and returns.
- Developing a high performing team by providing leadership, and managing, coaching and enabling your colleagues to develop to their full potential.

- You’ll also need to demonstrate to a high level: Origination and execution of our target customers.
- Experience of our product suite.
- Excellent analytical, credit and legal skills.

- Leadership experience, coaching and development skills to deliver through others.
- Time management and organisational skills as well as the energy, passion and commitment to win with our customers and colleagues.
The successful candidate would ideally be based in Bristol but Reading and Southampton also considered.
