Join us as a Transformation & Change Manager. This is an opportunity to be instrumental in delivering simple, quicker and more sustainable outcomes for the business and our customers. We’ll be asking you to design and implement transformation and change projects across Coutts Private & Wealth, in line with our overall strategic direction. Expect to grow your network and gain significant exposure in this role, as you work with senior stakeholders across Coutts Private & Wealth wider senior management team to steer the strategic vision for Private Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM). This is a remote-first role, so you’ll spend most of your time at home, working with your team digitally and coming into the office twice a month when you need to collaborate closely with your colleagues.
What you’ll do:
- Drive forward and lead the initiation, design and effective implementation of all aspects of transformation and change in PBWM.
- Take the lead on all key transformation and change projects and workstreams, ensuring that future state plans include appropriate people, location and infrastructure, and risks are proactively identified and managed.
- Negotiate with and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continuous engagement across a breadth of projects and workstreams.
- Oversee the production of regular updates and project plans to senior management.
- Track the progress and results for the transformation and change projects, using data and customer insight to monitor the quality and effectiveness of outcomes.
- Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in the quality of change implementation.
- Build and deliver clear, effective communication strategies for both colleagues and customers.
The skills you’ll need:
- PBWM experience is essential to understand the complex and evolving needs of high net worth (HNW) clients.
- Strong stakeholder management skills will be key in this role, as will your ability to influence at executive and senior manager level and collaborate at different levels.
- You’ll be a highly organised change professional with the ability to design and deliver impactful communication strategies, while operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and experience of project management and implementing operational and behavioural change across diverse teams.
- Experience of relevant regulatory and statutory obligations, risk management and internal governance framework.
- Strong communication skills and experience of producing recommendation papers for executive and senior audiences.
- Good people skills with the ability to translate vision and get buy-in across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality materials for senior audiences and customers.
- The ability to work at pace, prioritise effectively, and maintain strong organisational discipline.
- A good working knowledge of Coutts processes, products and systems.
