What you\’ll do
As a Technical Specialist Analyst, you\’ll be working across the solutions lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design, through to coding, testing, deployment and operation, helping analyse and optimise the platform and its processes as well as resolving incidents. Working in the feature team, you\’ll engineer and maintain innovative, customer centric, high performance, secure and robust solutions.
By applying Agile methods, you\’ll be developing and producing solutions continually and rapidly and working through the backlog, that meet current non-functional requirements and are flexible to cope with future functional and non-functional needs.
You\’ll also be:
- Ensuring delivery of the highest quality solutions using manual integration testing
- Helping manage the backlog with the different product owners and liaising with developers including 3rd party providers
- Working in the platform lifecycle feature team, exploiting and developing your specialism in the context of the associated platform
- Responsible to drive penetration testing by working with 3rd party vendors and ensure any vulnerabilities are addressed
- Collaborating with principal engineers and domain architects to build an understanding of the wider platform and how it supports business objectives
The skills you\’ll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have proven track record in business analysis and consulting along with knowledge of state-of-the-art products and technologies in the digital space.
In addition, you’ll also need knowledge and experience of key phases of the software delivery lifecycle, and established software development methodologies along with knowledge and experience of Agile methodology and associated toolsets and methodologies.
You\’ll also demonstrate:
- Operational and technical understanding of Avaloq
- Understanding of basics of scripting and SQL
- Solid background in solving highly complex, analytical and numerical problems
- Understanding and experience of working with APIs
- Understanding of how the monitoring works and how systems’ alerts are triggered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
