What you'll do
- Collaborate with talented colleagues across disciplines, tackle complex challenges with creativity and systems-thinking, and play a key role in delivering solutions that drive real value for our customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Risk, Security, and Operations to break down business needs into clear technical requirements, creating actionable tasks and prioritising solutions to deliver maximum impact.
- Dive into platform issues to uncover root causes, propose improvements, and enhance scalability and customer experience.
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to shape strategy and guide decision-making.
- Develop scalable strategies for managing technology risks, governing AI, and ensuring compliance with regulatory developments.
- Contribute to the Architecture function by developing standards, patterns, and best practices.
The skills you'll need
- Professional experience in technology, financial services, or other highly regulated industries as well as strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications, with proficiency in creating or interpreting designs and requirements using standards like BPMN or UML.
- Experience documenting workflows, system processes, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
