Join us as a Senior Operations Training Analyst
- You’ll play a key role in supporting the training, capability-building, and accreditation needs of Natwest Boxed Operations.
- You’ll be working in a vibrant, forward looking team and helping us to shape the future of our business.
What you’ll do
In your new role, you’ll be assessing training needs within the Operations team through data collection, surveys, and feedback. You’ll develop opportunities to support the design of effective training programmes.
You’ll also:
- Collect and maintain data on Ops Agents capabilities and training completion and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with external accreditation bodies to ensure training programmes meet relevant industry standards
- Develop and update in-house training materials modules, aligning with capability frameworks.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all levels
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programmes, making recommendations for enhancement.
The skills you’ll need
You’ll need a strong understanding of banking operations and processes, with deep knowledge of Customer Support & Complaints, Payments and Lending Operations.
You’ll also need:
- Proficient in data analysis to assess training needs, program impact, and accreditation metrics
