Join our Securitisation team to originate, structure and execute asset-backed lending and capital markets transactions. Play a key role in modelling, structuring and delivering ABS transactions while supporting client development and revenue growth.
What you’ll do
- Provide project management support to senior structurers, ensuring structuring activities are in line with our policies covering conduct, operational, credit, legal, and regulatory risks.
- Originate and execute securitisation and asset-backed lending transactions across the UK, Europe and the U.S.
- Lead detailed asset analysis and cashflow modelling across a range of asset classes (RMBS, auto, credit cards, consumer assets).
- Manage execution processes including internal approvals, rating agencies and legal documentation.
- Build relationships and collaborate with sponsors, investors and internal peers and dedicated functional teams to support mandate generation and transaction delivery.
The skills you’ll need
- Considerable experience in ABS and RMBS origination or structuring within financial institutions or other relevant organisations within financial markets.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and modelling skills, and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of Intex and Bloomberg modelling platforms would also be beneficial.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to project manage.
- The ability to work as part of a team and to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial skills, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
