In this role you will lead the creation of executive reports that translate economic crime data into clear insights for senior leadership and regulators.

You will set editorial standards and templates to ensure consistent, high-quality governance reporting across the bank.

You’ll influence multiple business areas by shaping how strategic information is communicated at the top levels.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development of high-quality executive reports translating data into compelling narratives
  • Coordinate stakeholders across teams to gather, validate and consolidate information
  • Tailor reporting for different audiences by adjusting detail and language
  • Collaborate with senior management, programme leads and SMEs to validate content
  • Review and edit reports for tone, structure, grammar and visual presentation
  • Ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines while preserving accuracy and quality
  • Coach creators and contributors in effective report content and writing
  • Key requirements
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills to translate complex data for senior audiences
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Economic Crime policies, standards, regulations and risk frameworks
  • Ability to tailor reporting to different stakeholder audiences
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Advanced proficiency in Power Point and Excel
  • Understanding of Nat West Group Economic Crime operations, customer journeys and risks (advantageous)
