What you’ll do:
- This is a dedicated sales and business development role where you will work closely with your internal Business Commercial and Corporate Relationship Manager bank colleagues at a senior level.
- You’ll provide training and product awareness coaching to teams, equipping them with the right level of knowledge, enabling them to identify customer needs and introduce these bank customers to you.
- We’ll look to you to promote and sell the Mentor service B2B and onboard these newly introduced customers to Mentor, delivering sustainable new business income objectives for the Mentor business.
Your key duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships to support the generation of quality lead referrals.
- Delivering a balanced range of services sold to ensure the wider needs of our customers are met appropriately.
- Making sure accurate and timely feedback is provided to all lead providers.
