In this role you will undertake and enable automated testing activities across all delivery models, support teams in developing quality solutions, enable continuous integration, and assure defect‑free deployment of customer value. You will work closely with feature teams and stakeholders, gaining exposure to professional development opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Contribute to the transformation of testing using quality processes, tools and methodologies, improving control, accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure repeatable, constant and consistent quality is built into all phases of the idea‑to‑value lifecycle at reduced cost or time to market.
- Collaborate with cross‑domain, platform and feature teams to build quality into all activities.
- Support the design and implementation of automation test strategies aligned to business goals.
- Action and evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches using automation and innovative tools.
- Refine scope of manual and automated testing; create automated test scripts, user documentation and artefacts.
- Design a low‑maintenance, stable, reusable automated test suite usable within product, domain, and across domains and systems.
- Apply testing and delivery standards, understanding the product lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
- Prior work with GitLab.
- Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium and Appium.
- Programming skills in Java or JavaScript.
- Experience designing, developing and implementing automation frameworks in new environments.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to management‑level stakeholders.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to align everyday work with strategic vision.
